How did we get our start?

Barmy was created when our founder's wife was searching for weighted lap blankets for her children. We initially created these blankets in 8 different colors before expanding to larger options for older children and adults. The introduction of our sleep masks was a natural progression for our product range.

This weighted sleep mask for women and men effectively blocks out light by conforming to the contours of the face, promoting deep, restful sleep. Suitable for nighttime use or napping, it can also serve as a weighted eye mask for relieving migraines and sinus pressure.

The mask functions as a weighted eye pillow, delivering evenly distributed weight (0.8lb / 13oz) on key relaxation points of the face while minimizing pressure on the eyes thanks to its patented design. Easily adjust the weight in the pouch to your preference.

The washable cover features a removable weighted insert filled with micro-glass beads, allowing for use as a cooling eye mask. For a cooling experience, place the mask in the freezer for up to 2 hours in a freezer-safe bag before placing it over the eyes and face.
